1. Individual ads and Unlimited listings
The charge for Individual ads is $35.00 per ad per month.
There is a minimum 3-month posting commitment for a single ad listed on the site.
Multiple ads may be posted on an month-to-month basis without a required minimum posting period.

Revisions may be made at any time.

Text only ads; There is no limit to the length of the ads.

You may post up to 25 postings for a basic of $175.00 per month. There is no limit to the number of revisons or length of the ads under the unlimited advertising option. Additional ads above the 25 may be added for an additional fee - next 50 ads cost $75.00 above the basic fee or unlimited for $125.00 above the basic fee.

Considering the amount of ad exposure, this fee is the best deal available for Emergency Physician recruiting when compared to other online sites and print publications.

Send your ad(s) as an email message or MS Word document attachment to the above email address. Multiple ads may be submitted as a single email message or single MS Word document. There is also a bulk submission option available using Excel spreadsheet or database export.

2. State Featured Jobs
Advertisers who post a Featured Job get a full page of advertising on the Site with links from the home page, the jobs page and the basic ad to the full-page ad. The ad is of the display type with unlimited amount of text, bullet format, logo, email and web site links, city (town) description and appropriate images and links. There will be only 1 Featured Job for each State.
The charge for each of the Featured Jobs pages is $95.00 per ad per month above the 35.00 per month for the basic listing and require with a minimum 3-month posting. Layout, design, etc. are done by HospitalistJobs.com. There are no additional charges if the advertiser provides all of the material required to complete the ad.
Don't have time or resources to provide all of hospital, location text, images and links? All you need to do is provide the specifics about the job and we will find all of the additionl information. There is a very reasonable one-time fee for this service - call (603) 526-8223 or email info@edphysician.com - to ask about the rate for this information-finding service. The final ad will be approved by the advertiser.
As an added bonus, you may use your Featured Job ad in your in your own print promotions. We will email you an Adobe Acrobat .pdf or MS Word document of your web page for your use, if needed.

3. Directorship Area - Ads for Director's, Assistant Director's or EMS Director's jobs may be posted to the dedicated Directorship page. These ads will also appear under the State listings with a special graphic denoting that the position being advertised is for Director. The charge for this premium service is $20.00 per month per ad in addition to the basic State Listing fee.

Jobs are generally posted to EDphysician.com within 24 hours of being received.

Payment for Services: Invoices - Email Invoices will be sent for amount due on or about the middle of each month. Two forms of payment are accepted.

Checks or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Credit Card - Card information may be entered into a secure site on the Internet or submitted by telephone. After the ad has been posted and reviewed by the advertiser, we will email you the address for the secure Internet site.
