Individual ads and Bulk listings

The charge for Individual ads is $50.00 per ad per month.
There is a minimum 3-month posting commitment for a single ad listed on the site.
Multiple ads may be posted on an month-to-month basis without a required minimum posting period.

Revisions may be made at any time.

There is no strict limit to the ad length, but when necessary, EDphysician.com may make suggestions regarding format and content.

We also reserve the right to remove any extraneous text from ads that is not pertinent to practice of Emergency or Urgent Care Medicine or any material that may detract from the message of the ad.

Rates for bulk (flat-rate) advertising

For up to 10 ads $150.00 per month

For up to 15 ads $175.00 per month

For up to 25 ads $200.00 per month

Add $50.00 per month for a banner
The fee for each 25 ad allotment above the basic 25 ads is $50.00 per month.
The fee for each 50 ad allotment above the basic 25 ads is $100.00 per month.

Considering the amount of ad exposure, this fee is the best deal available for Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care recruiting
when compared to other online sites and print publications.

State Featured Jobs
Advertisers who post a Featured Job get a full page of advertising on the Site with links from the home page, the jobs page and the basic ad to the full-page ad. The ad is of the display type with unlimited amount of text, bullet format, logo, email and web site links, city (town) description and appropriate images and links. There will be only 1 Featured Job for each State.
The charge for each of the Featured Jobs pages is $95.00 per ad per month above the 50.00 per month for the basic listing and requires a minimum 3-month posting. Layout and design will be done by EDphysician.com.

Directorship Area - Ads for Director's, Assistant Director's or EMS Director's jobs may be posted to the dedicated Directorship page. These ads will also appear under the State listings with a special graphic denoting that the position being advertised is for Director. The charge for this premium service is $20.00 per month per ad in addition to the basic ad listing fee.

Banner Advertising
The number of banner ads on the site is limited to a total of twelve. At present, all banner spaces have been taken. EDphysician.com does maintain a waiting list for potential banner advertisers.

Priority Listing
There is a premium service called "Priority Listing". The ads in the Priority Listing area are viewed before any of the regular listings. The charge for a Priority Lisiting is $95.00 per ad per month above the $50.00 per month for the basic listing. All job-seekers see the Priority Listings. The number of Priority Listings is limited to a total of 10 at any one time.

"Top of the List" Placement
The Listing of ads for each State is in random order, which changes with each new search.
For greater exposure you may post your ad at the Top of the List for the State. There is a maximum of 3 Top of the List ads for each State. The ad will appear at the Top of the listings and also in the random listings for the State. The fee for this premium placement area is an extra $20.00 per month.

Multiple site advertising
Advertisers who post ads to HospitalistJobs.com and CriticalCareJobs.com will receive a discount for posting to EDphysician.com.

Payment for Services: Invoices - Email Invoices will be sent for on or about the middle of each month. Two forms of payment are accepted.

Checks or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Credit Card - Card information may be entered into a secure site on the Internet or submitted by telephone. After the ad has been posted and reviewed by the advertiser, we will email you the address for the secure Internet site.
