Providence Centralia Hospital is a high-tech, 107-bed hospital serving a mixed rural/suburban area in southwest Washington. The primary service area includes numerous small towns and with a total population of about 75,000. The hospital's physicians and staff are known for taking time with patients and working collaboratively with each other to provide the highest quality of care.
Providence Centralia Hospital is a part of Providence Health & Services, a not-for-profit Catholic health care ministry. The Providence organization provides a comprehensive scope of services including 27 hospitals, 214 physician clinics, senior services and supportive housing, a health plan, a liberal arts university, a high school and many other health and educational services. The health system spans five states – Alaska, California, Montana, Oregon and Washington – with its system office located in Renton, Washington.

 Centralia is a semi-rural community of 15,000 located in Lewis County (pop. 74,000) in scenic southwest Washington. The area features a mix of farm and timberland threaded by a number of revered salmon and steelhead rivers. Property with acreage is still relatively affordable in Lewis County, and there is no state income tax in Washington.

Olympic National Park is located on the Olympic Peninsula. Mount Rainier National Park is a National Park located in southeast Pierce County and northeast Lewis County. The park contains 368 square miles including all of Mount Rainier, 14,411-feet high, the highest point in the Cascade Range. Around it are valleys, waterfalls, sub-alpine wildflower meadows, old growth forest and more than 26 glaciers. About 1.3 million people visit Mount Rainier National Park each year. Mount Rainier is a popular peak for mountain climbing.
 Portland, Oregon, known as the "City of Roses", has been referred to as one of the most environmentally friendly cities in the world.
As the largest city between San Francisco and Seattle, Portland vies with those cities as the spiritual capital of the laid-back northern Pacific coast. However, it has retained the relaxed air of a smaller town while still growing rapidly.
The city has a lovely blend of historic and modern architecture and many lush parks - Forest Park and Washington Park in the hills west of Downtown offer a variety of plants, trails, and wildlife near the city.
